CANALI&C IS THE NEW AGENCY OF COSTAVERDE SHOPPING CENTRE, MANAGED BY ETHOS Repositioning and 2020 communication format have been defined

Another handshake between Ermanno Canali’s agency and Ethos. After the assignment of the brand’s corporate PR & press office, the agency received, at the end of a tender, the mandate for the management of 2020 communication of Centro Commerciale Costaverde in Montenero di Bisaccia, Campobasso, owned by Covivio and managed by Ethos.

The objective of the tender was the repositioning of Costaverde Shopping Centre within its primary catchment area.

“The strategic overview shows that in the primary basin, Costaverde represents the top in terms of number of stores and brand quality. The Centre expresses an excellent balance between offer, quality of the environment, comfort and experience for tourists. The analysis of the web reputation is also very good. Starting from this scenario and these premises, we have developed a coherent key concept that is the driving force behind a new communication format that will reposition the Centre and make it unique, also in terms of image and values” says Ermanno Canali, President of Canali&C.

Dario Valerii, Director of Centro Commerciale Costaverde, is also positive and confident:
“Costaverde Shopping Centre has embarked on a very important relaunch: we decided not to rest on our strength in the primary catchment area, on the contrary we accepted to question ourselves again. I think, together with the whole Ethos team, that the key concept conceived by Canali&C and the proven experience of the agency perfectly meet the new communication and strategic needs of the Centre, which in 2020 will face very important challenges linked both to the Retail trend in Italy and to the repositioning of the whole Shopping Centre with an important focus on the food court. A structure is also made up of the partners it uses and Canali&C is certainly an added value in this sense”.
