Gresmalt told by Canali&C
For the 50th anniversary, a video and a monograph
to begin an important path of communication together.
Gresmalt is one of the giants of the Italian ceramic sector. With a turnover of over 130 million, 17 million square metres produced, 5 offices and plants in the Sassuolo district, it has become a point of reference in our country and in the world.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary, Gresmalt has decided to start a path of communication relying on Canali&C
The first step was to talk about these first 50 years of activity with a monograph and a video. Canali&C has chosen to tell this story through the people who work in Gresmalt, their faces and their words. So Filippo and Alessandra Salvarani (sons of the founder, Carlo) and several collaborators of the company were photographed and filmed inside the factories. The stories, the faces, the hands, mixed with the suggestion of the elements of ceramics have given life to an exciting story.
“Ceramics is a material as old as the world” says Remo Martingano, Creative Director of Canali&C that followed the project. “Fire, water and clay are powerful and evocative elements that we have captured with a careful work of lights and filming. Alternating them with the people, true protagonists of the history of Gresmalt, we managed to create an exciting and engaging storytelling”.
The monograph and video were successfully presented at Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramics in Bologna. To complete these materials, Canali&C also created the official 50th anniversary brand and a restyling of the Gresmalt brand as well.
After the success of this first step, other projects are planned to continue the process of positioning the Group on the market, which also includes the brands Ceramiche di Frassinoro, Sintesi, Abitare, Industrie Matildiche and Ermes Aurelia.
With this new collaboration, Canali&C continues to expand its customer portfolio. The marketing and communication agency, already a leader in Italy in the Retail Real Estate sector, is increasingly active in other sectors such as food, energy, transport, mechanics and ceramics.
